What we do with the reports you send us.

What we ask for
For the free diagnosis, only your A/R aging report: customer names, invoice numbers, dates and amounts. If you become a client, also your bank export, a user of our own in your accounting system, and access to the email and channels Clara writes from, along with your collection rules.
What we use it for
Only to prepare your diagnosis or to run your account. We don’t sell it, we don’t share it with other clients and we never use your customer list to sell anything to anyone. During the diagnosis we don’t contact any of your customers.
Who handles it
Our team. The diagnosis is calculated by our own software. If you become a client, Clara also uses AI models from third parties (today, OpenAI and Anthropic, through their APIs) to read and write messages. Our email runs on Google Workspace and this website on Vercel.
How long we keep it
If you don’t go ahead after the diagnosis, we delete your file when you tell us, and within 30 days if we don’t hear back. If you’re a client, you can export your data anytime, and we delete it within 30 days after you leave, or sooner if you ask. If we ever stop operating, you get 30 days’ notice and the full history of your account.
In writing
If you’d rather have it signed before you send anything, we sign a one-page data-use agreement with you. Clients also have it in their contract, with notice within 10 days if anything ever goes wrong with their data.
This website
We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which doesn’t use cookies. If you write to us, we keep your message to answer you.
